This PR updates the following:

Small typo and cosmetic fixes for the running-in-the cloud guide
Updating the models for the composedb quickstart
Updates the running-in-the-cloud guide for the composedb to remove IPFS references
Updates the running-in-the-cloud guide to show how developers can interact with their nude running on the cloud
