Make SWELF Look up host name of LOg-Forwarder. #59

On swelf first run with log forwarder have it lookup in dns host name. Save that data, and if its ever un reachable, dont send logs. Make it where if IP is entered it looks up host name replaces IP with hostname. Save host name somewhere and if either changes make choice on how to act.

have them stored in reg. if reg changes notify all locations. if appconfig file is invalid (make where reg will never store invalid) reg replaces.
