Fresh install not working #95

Fresh install of swelf yeilds error when verifying consoleappconfig.conf appears to be issue when updating the file as well. logic issue in methods below and reg read in making values for keys not there: READ_CENTRAL_APP_Config_Folder(); AppConfig_File_Args.Clear(); READ_App_Config_File();
