adds kinesis module #11

Creates a module for kinesis. To use this with the script, we would need to make devops and prod folders with main.tf files defining the variables needed.

@michael-zou-traderev I would argue that this a separate deploy - so it really should be its own github repo?

By the way, you should remove your state file from the commit :)
