Publish as terraform module? #13

Does it make sense to have this as a standalone terraform module? It would make integration into terraform ecosystems much easier.

@dmarkey Completely. To be completely honest - we have had too much other stuff to keep up with this.

If you have a PR, we can implement it. Someone else suggested this, but I think their PR had a few other problems when it came to the overall stability.
