Mainnet-eth stacks are broken due to upstream pinning #724

It’s safe to assume it is not, if talking about our v1.11.6-statediff-5.0.8 release. Upstream is on v1.13.11 now, every minor version bump generally corresponds to a breaking change.

We're pinned on an old version of go-ethereum that is not compatible with deployed mainnet nodes.
