it would be handy to have the nextflow.config pull in an optional machine-local config file if it exists to store highly machine-specific settings that won't generally apply to most systems and therefore don't belong in the repo. preferably settings in that file would override values set elsewhere, so that e.g. the standard execution environment could be set appropriately for the machine.
