Currently, the simuation of reads in simForward.py do not encompass any treatment of sequencing error and have uniform quality scores. As a solution, I am implementing ART_illumina as a python module -- which is nearly finished. (first commit: 4083aef508c13ad1e2b25c5cf60a7eb94a8637b9 )
