Currently, procedural abundance profiles assume one chromosome per genome. We would still require some additional information to be able to link multiple fasta sequences to a single genome.
This would either need to be encoded in the sequence names or a skeleton profile provided. We just just ignore the numerical values in the supplied profile file.
