Protocols employing dual-enzyme digests are not supported #38

Dual-enzyme digests are commonly used today, and sim3C shows its age by lacking support.

Therefore, support should be added for both single and dual enzyme digests and this should include proper tracking of the duplication site for Hi-C protocols.
