rename package #1

I suppose we can remove cerebral from package name since it not tied to cerebral. We already have addressbar and url-mapper in org, so it is not an issue.

unlike addressbar and url-mapper, it is very cerebral specific. Whilst it could be used outside it would not really have any value.

Hm, yeah, the current abstraction can only be used with cerebral. Not sure if there is an abstraction level here we could share? Maybe change it around a bit to make it more generic? Just have a very shallow abstraction for Cerebral?
