display state-tree as additional panel in each tab #39

i am using v1.5.0, and the state-tree has its own tab. i watch myself switching tabs very often, to see the changes in state-tree.

is it possible to display the state-tree like shown here: https://cerebraljs.com/images/debugger.gif
