Org Admin 500 error on /individuals/index #158

Hi, When a user who has an org admin role clicks on the individuals menu link it returns this error. Anybody see this before ? As admin i can see the page no issue. Once the org admin is activated on the user i get this error.

Seems to be fixed in v1.17 .
