The OpenCASCADE_DIR is calculated wrongly.
OpenCASCADE_DIR
On the succeeding build machine, it is set as:

...while on the failing machine it is set as
//The directory containing a CMake configuration file for OpenCASCADE. OpenCASCADE_DIR:PATH=/root/occt/build
