Remove reva-specific credentials management #83

Following the work done in Reva and GFAL at https://gitlab.cern.ch/dmc/gfal2/-/merge_requests/41 the code dealing with multiple tokens for cs3 storage endpoints is not needed any longer. This PR drops that code, whilst keeping the support for cs3 endpoints.

Reva code removed, but keeps compatibility with gfal2 >= v2.20.3, which is already out. Will release these changes in davix 0.8.1.
