Homepage link in README is broken #9

http://fts3-service.web.cern.ch/ results in "server not found"

https://fts.cern.ch/ the one found by google has a broken certificate (fts.cern.ch not part of the domains)

Hello Max,

Thank you for pointing these problems. My opinion is the entire Readme needs a rewrite

I'll leave this issue open until I get to rewrite the Readme.
