Another fix of $puppet_vardir/lib/augeas/lenses/shift.aug SELinux type so it is dependent on puppet version. The puppet 4.0.0 was chosen as borderline (but I am not completely sure where it got changed from "puppet_var_lib_t" to "lib_t").

ouch..i'm sorry for this! i was aware of the problem and i fixed it in our testbed here at CERN but i forgot to release the fix to github and puppetforge.. will use your patch as it's similar to mine! thanks! Andrea
