fix authors with no linked profile #337

as discussed on Zulip, it turns out we have authors on papers linked to non-existent profiles. This causes disambiguation to fail for authors in other records which are matched against them. We should check all records to see how many author refs are invalid and remove them in order to rerun disambiguation.

Note that rerunning disambiguation might be technically difficult in case there are several authors with the same name which are affected (as the other authors might still be in ES while we rerun the disambiguation).

On prod, we had 1553 records with incorrectly linked authors (385 distinct authors).
