fuzzy matcher should work for thesis

Theses usually have supervisors that are stored in a different field in the mappings, but might be in authors in the incoming workflow. This might cause the fuzzy matching to fail author validation.

For theses, it probably makes more sense to remove all authors except the first for matching purposes.
