We have a bunch of records with URN identifiers, but we don't turn those identifiers into URLs, so they're not super useful. We should do that: for every element of persistent_identifiers with persistent_identifiers.schema=URN, don't just display the persistent_identifiers.value as text, but also turn it into a URL by prepending https://nbn-resolving.org/ (very similar to what we do for DOI and HDL).
