When submissions get rejected, the curator can edit the rejection message that is supposed to be sent to the user as a new message on the SNow ticket (simultaneously closing the ticket). This message gets added to _extra_data.reason. However, it seems that this data is currently not used and the user instead receives a message containing the unhelpful Ticket has been closed.
