Paulina reports that valid ORCIDs are failing validation, e.g. https://orcid.org/0009-0007-2416-042X. This is due to ORCID having added a new valid range recently, which we don't recognize as valid. This new range has been taken into account upstream in https://github.com/inveniosoftware/idutils/pull/88, but we're still using an old version in https://github.com/inspirehep/inspire-schemas/blob/master/setup.py#L215. We should bump idutils to the latest version there then update the inspire-schemas dependency in hep and next.
