Update PDG identifiers and display them as LaTeX #471

The PDG identifiers have been updated for the 2024 edition, and they now finally export LaTeX instead of ugly ASCII reactions 🎉

This requires several actions:

update https://github.com/inspirehep/inspirehep/blob/7aab90e97dec62c3d22e4105ad8edbbfd21ee101/backend/inspirehep/records/marshmallow/literature/pdg_identifiers.py to use the LaTeX description in https://pdg.lbl.gov/2024/pdgid/PDGIdentifiers-2024.json
update the UI to render LaTeX inside the PDG identifier descriptions
right after deploying the changes, run the CLI in https://github.com/inspirehep/inspirehep/blob/7aab90e97dec62c3d22e4105ad8edbbfd21ee101/backend/inspirehep/curation/cli.py#L20 with https://pdg.lbl.gov/2024/pdgid/PDGIdentifiers-references-2024.json.
