APS improvement: stage 1

Wanted functionality: to re-harvest and reprocess already downloaded articles in the error situations/code changes...

[ ] Add functionality to reprocess already downloaded files, by triggering the 'trigger_files_processing' task with s3 keys which are responding to articles
[ ] copyright.year string or int? In hindawi its string in APS is int. Schema https://repo.scoap3.org/schemas/hep.json
[ ] acquisition_source.submission_number, do we have to have it?
[ ] do we need raw_name in authors? APS doesn't have it
