Change sftp library: from pysftp to paramiko

Two major issues with pysftp:

• downloading files from sftp is significantly slow.
• pysftp stopped being maintained at 2016

Found a different library for sfrp connection: paramiko We should use prefetch in order to improve the speed of moving files from sftp to s3
