workflows: text extractor output change #158

In text extractor output need to change all double quotes to single ones. It is necessary because now our Python dict cannot be correctly parsed to JSON, because it has a double quotes value. the output of JSON dumps showed below (which is not valid JSON) : "abstracts": [{ "value": "We derive a parameterization formula for the partial wave analyses of charmed meson semi-leptonic decays while considering the effects of lepton mass.
