Create home page, it should be as similar to the current one as possible.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] search input should navigate to search results both on enter and submit button click
[ ] journal tab should display journals from journal facet
[ ] partners tab should display countries from country facet
[ ] the page should be responsive
