Country share 2022/2023 #288

Could you please recalculate the country share for the years 2022/2023, as we did already in: https://github.com/cern-sis/issues-scoap3/issues/210

But now with full data: Publication date from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2023

Please use these data for for GDP per capita (2022 data): API_NY.GDP.PCAP.CD_DS2_en_excel_v2_6508508.xls
