Join cleaning steps for spec. fields. For example: authors

there are no functions, that should be joined together for cleaning specific fields. Cleaning functions are now used in generic parsing: cleaning white spaces for abstracts, titles, subtitles, and free keywords; replacing "for the" to " " in calloboration.
