[ ] Make files structure consistent between publishers, which data is coming from FTPs.
[ ] Make files structure consistent between publishers, which data is coming from APIs.

For now, the structure is kept as in the old repo.

I am not sure if it's actually possible. I see that some publishers has deep nested structure, which will be hard to change
