IOP collaboration fix - Githubissues

Some IOP XML articles have collaborations, however, they are not correctly extracted.
IOP parser parses collaboration and assigns it to authors, in the final JSON record.
Collaborations have to have a separate field in JSON.
Solution: during author, parsing check if the surname includes the word Collaboration.
If it does, add the value to collaboration field. However, this is not added to the authors.
For example: "collaborations": [ { "value": "JUNO Collaboration" }
