React Redux Toolkit #43

We could check if this package is in our favour. In CAP we use Redux as state management, and my guess is that the same applies for the other projects too. This package is the newer version of redux, and it provides many additional features. We can reduce the number of the files, we can get out-of-the-box functionality and also we can get already defined hooks for the components. Might be interesting to explore
