fieldTypes: update customization forms for field types #13

We currently have the list of fields available to use in the form building at https://github.com/cern-sis/react-formule/blob/master/src/admin/utils/fieldTypes.jsx

These items contain the configurations for each field that can be customized from the form builder (schema and uiSchema)

We should populate these fields, to match the potential of each component e.g.

default values passed to each JSONschema property
or for SelectField pass enumOptions, enumDisabled, suggestions, params, emptyValue
