Add HTML anchors to form items so that we can reference and auto-scroll directly to the linked item
- Start adding it to all items. Then consider how to make it work with tabs (go to the corresponding tab).
- Add an icon (maybe displayed only on hover over the title) to copy the anchor link to an item
