CMS: collect all CMS Analysis groups

As discussed, analysis groups can be extracted from the first letters of the CADI-ID

We need a list of all groups to validate against

Please provide a list of all CMS Analysis groups (TOP, SUS, SMP...) or a place we can fetch dynamically

I took them from the source of http://cms.cern.ch/iCMS/analysisadmin/cadilines (CMS-internal).

Validation against CADI introduced in #1433, so no need to validate working group separately.
