Wrong Hostname in AppDynamics Host Collector for instances in CRS #39

AppDynamics Host Collector must contain the IP alias in the OS Hostname field. Otherwise, instances in CRS will fail as soon as they move to a different node. This can be changed generically for all instances, being in a CRS or not.
