DBOD::Appdynamics? DBOD::Monitoring::Appdynamic?

Done for the moment by taking them to DBOD::Appdynamics. This can be revisisted later.
pg_appdynamics and mysql_appdynamics must be possibly integrated in a single executable
Configuration parameters from the config file can be accessed within the Appdynamics module scope and not passed as subroutine parameters
