Calls to `service` from InfluxDB management methods failing #62

There might several issues here:

The service script is not found in the user PATH
There might be authentication issues requiring sudo to actually perform the operations

The authorization issues requiring sudo have to be solved in the configuration level. In our case, we will use puppet to allow the influxdb user to start/stop influxdb services
