Adding in base configuration which leverages the Hugo internal Open Graph template to include content on the heading of pages. https://gohugo.io/templates/internal/#configure-open-graph

I'm going to include this in, but may want to look at putting guidance on future blog posts, since this comes from the frontmatter configuration.
