Parallelize Downloads

Hello, For a user with high speed link like 10Gbps, is there a way to provide an option that can parallelize:

• Single file with multiple chunks
• Multiple Files download in parallel

I have used aria2c, an excellent tool, if there is a chance to integrate that as an alternative tool for downloading?
