ATLAS: update links and banner #1226

Dear All,

I just would like to mention that if the first chance can be done (update the domain) this will be really useful. Because CERN OpenData is the first result in Google and others, the people is moving to the old one. For the banner we can wait.

Hi!

The banner is not working today, http://opendata.cern.ch/education/ATLAS

I would like to kindly ask that if this modification is not possible, to please remove the banner completely. This is giving me a lot of troubles, excuse me again.

Dear All,

Just to let you know that I made some simple changes and the picture (logo) is back to the banner. I added an extra layer while we update the links in the banner.
