Problematic out links on CMS learning resources page

On the CMS Learning Resources page

• [ ] 1. The link to the Computing Methods in High Energy Physics course gives

  "Forbidden: You don't have permission to access /~slehti/ComputingMethodsInHEP/ComputingMethodsInHEP.html on this server."

• [ ] 2. The Online Analysis of CMS Data with VISPA page is accessible but clicking on the "guest login" button gives an error message

  403, "Guest login not allowed!"

• [ ] 3. The EGI FedCloud portal for CMS open data lead to a Welcome to nginx! page, which doesn't seem right??

1. was OK some weeks ago. I'm checking now with Helsinki if this is something temporary. For 3. I'm checking again with the IFCA group (it has been unstable earlier)

For 3. the system is now up, but it gives a login screen with no option to create an account or similar, I'm following this with the IFCA group.

For 3. , the following is suggested by the IFCA team for the Learning resources entry: "To get an account is simple, the user can send a request to grid.support@ifca.unican.es with an username and email. The support answers the request with a password associated to this username".

For 1., the link should be up tomorrow (Tuesday). The problem was expired account during holidays, it is indeed very good to have regular checks for the external links.
