Download of H5P export fails for content accessing the NDLA image and sound-API #2580

Background Newly created exports fails with the error message InvalidArgument + Unsupported Authorization Type from the NDLA image- and sound API. Edlib utilizes auth0 access token against these APIs to prohibit rate limit.
