User is not added as author in H5P metadata when changing library #2666

If a user change library on an H5P, the author is not set/dropped in H5P metadata

It is important that the user is set/kept as an author in H5P metadata when creating/saving content. Make sure this data is kept and sent to the H5P form and saved along with the content.
