trust-manager: add uninstall instructions #1445

Problem solved: There were no instructions on how to uninstall trust-manager, and with the new Helm resource policy, the process is not trivial anymore.

Testing: I did go through the doc and tried the install & uninstall commands.

Background: The uninstall changes are based on the changes made in v0.9.0: https://github.com/cert-manager/trust-manager/releases/tag/v0.9.0
