Add getting started documentation for users who want to quickly use cert-manager to issue LetsEncrypt certificates #543

I feel like the letsencrypt tutorials should be front and centre on the cert-manager.io page and if they need rewriting, we should try and make it really simple for newbies to get cert-manager installed and issuing LetsEncrypt certificates.

A friend of mine wrote:

it looks like a lot of steps and I don’t really understand the purpose of any of them, I just want someone to sign my CSR!

@inteon just found this quick start tutorial (install CM -> configure Let's Encrypt -> Issue an Ingress certificate) https://www.getambassador.io/docs/edge-stack/latest/howtos/cert-manager/ which is a nice example.
