Organization details: Edit mode per block #101

On the organization details page:

Currently the "edit" button in the "Edit organization details" block turns the full page into edit mode. There should be a edit button per block if necessary.

The save/cancel buttons may be moved to the position of the edit button, that's up to @davewood
