Unable to download latest bundle #6

https://certifi-bundles.s3.amazonaws.com/latest.pem is returning a 403 as of August 25 13:55 PDT

Good catch! I've escalated to @kennethreitz, who manages the S3 bundles, so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

A support ticket has been raised with Amazon.
