QuestionHelper is available: Symfony\Component\Console\Helper\QuestionHelper

Hello @inikolaievskyi,

thank for you contribution, but you forget that the Symfony (2) certification is based on 2.3 where the QuestionHelper wasn't available.

We may reword a little bit this question, what do you think ?

@mickaelandrieu that case there is no sense to change that question. I really forgot to check in symfony 2.3 but did it in 2.8

@inikolaievskyi yup, for now the Symfony 2 certification still follow the Symfony 2.3 program.

I think I will create a new deck of questions dedicated to Symfony 3 after the 3.4 release (LTS) to avoid any confusions.
