CPU time measurement #31

Instead of a total CPU time Hermes should report
separately CPU times needed 
- for the assembly of coarse mesh problems, 
- solution of coarse mesh problems, 
- same for the reference problems, 
- and time needed for hp-adaptivity.
It was correctly pointed out by some people
that the total CPU time information is pretty 
useless. When UMFPACK is used, most of it is 
just UMFPACK and one does not see at all how 
various parts of our code perform.
